SEP G1 Electrical courses offered by our Training Center are dedicated to people whose activity is the operation or supervision (can be both) of various equipment, installations and power networks. Dependence of knowledge and experience translates into obtaining a specific type of license for electrician commonly used as a SEP course in the area of installation, operation, maintenance, repair, as well as in the scope of control and measurement:
• power generating equipment operating within the power grid regardless of the rated voltage,
• equipment, installations and networks with rated voltage up to 1 kV and above 1 kV,
• power generating sets over 50 kW of power, • electro-thermal equipment, • street lighting networks, • traction networks, • equipment and installations whose task is to control and protect the above mentioned.

Energy allowances – district heating G2
This type of electrician course is aimed at people involved in the operation and/or supervision of various equipment, installations and heating networks. The state of knowledge and experience has a direct impact on the granting of certain SEP electrical authorisations in the area of installation, operation, maintenance, repair, as well as in the scope of control and measurement performed by the electrician:
• steam boilers, as well as water boilers for gaseous, liquid and solid fuels with a power of 50 kW and more (including auxiliary equipment),
• Industrial furnaces above 50 kW of power,
• heating networks and installations with a transmission of more than 50 kW (including auxiliary equipment),
• steam and water turbines above 50 kW power (including auxiliary equipment),
• Equipment of an industrial nature, the purpose of which is to receive hot water and steam above 50 kW of power,
• refrigeration, ventilation and air conditioning equipment above 50 kW of power,
• Compressors above 20 kW power and related installations,
• equipment and installations whose task is to control and protect the above.

G3 Gas Permits + ED
Energy allowances – gas G3
The electrical course is aimed at people whose task is to operate or supervise, or both, equipment, installations and gas networks. The granting of such privileges shall depend on the experience and knowledge of the trainee in the area of assembly, operation, maintenance, repair, inspection and measurement:
• equipment used for the production of gaseous fuels,
• any equipment related to the processing, treatment and purification of gaseous fuels,
• equipment used in the storage of gaseous fuels,
• gas distribution networks up to 0.5 MPa pressure and gas transmission networks above 0.5 MPa,
• Gas equipment and installations up to and including 5 kPa pressure and above 5 kPa,
• Industrial gaseous fuel receivers above 50 kW power,
• gas turbines,
• equipment and installations whose task is to control and protect the above.

Training - Electrical Measurement
The aim of the Electrical Measurements course is to professionally prepare its participants for the state qualifying examination and to obtain electrical licenses in the scope of performing comprehensive control and measurement work, as well as conducting inspections of the technical condition of equipment, installations and power grids.
The requirement for participation is to have the necessary experience and SIMP credentials. The course for electricians is a training, the successful completion of which guarantees the participants to find well-paid employment in various companies.
What do we provide for the participants of our courses on electricians?
We provide our students with theoretical and practical preparation for the operation, maintenance, installation, control and measurement as well as operation and supervision of energy and electric power equipment. To obtain electrical ratings up to 1 kV, you do not necessarily have to have experience in this profession. Such an electrician course can also be successfully completed by ambitious and fast learners who have never worked in the profession and want to increase their skills or acquire new professional qualifications.
As part of the course on electrician of the lecture, the students receive training and auxiliary materials, and during the classes they get acquainted with the materials in multimedia form. The practical part of the training for a specialist performing control and measurement activities is primarily exercises on devices and in the room where electrical measurements are made with meters. Every course we offer on electricians and on energy certificates, commonly SEP organized for companies, can be held at a place and time adapted to expectations. The thematic scope may also be in line with specific needs. Completion of a specific course for electricians and a successful energy exam provides students with appropriate electrical qualifications valid for 5 years – after which time they can take the exam again or decide to take a course combined with the exam – in order to refresh their knowledge.

Forklift operator license
The aim of the forklift operator course is to prepare candidates for the professional but also safe handling of forklift trucks in the following categories:
Boom-operated forklift trucks and power-operated forklift trucks excluding boom-operated forklift trucks and man-operated forklift trucks with a load (previous name: II WJO), also known as high-storage trucks, front-end trucks, side trucks, normal trucks or pallet trucks
Boom-operated mechanical lift truck and boom-operated mechanical lift truck (former name: I WJO) also called telescopic loaders or boom-operated truck, specialized truck. Making the authorisation for a higher class of specialized forklift – IWJO forklift – the authorisations are for all types and categories of forklifts, but for a shorter period of validity
Operator of mobile platforms and lifts
The course is aimed at people interested in having the right to the following mobile devices: I P – mobile platforms: The drives used are mainly combustion and electric (battery, mains). The organization of the course on mobile platforms and hoists is based on professionally conducted classes: • Theoretical – conducted by a person with substantive knowledge in the field of equipment operation. Course participants receive training materials in the form of a paper or electronic script • practical – conducted by suitably qualified instructors. Classes are conducted using a device that meets all the requirements of technical supervision, which means that with current periodic examinations made by the Office of Technical Supervision and OSH requirements Course program for lift operator: 1. The internal exam is designed to check the knowledge of the participants and prepare them for the external exam by pointing out possible mistakes and reminding them of certain messages. At the end of the mobile platform operator’s course, an external examination is conducted before a committee appointed by the field branch of the Office of Technical Inspection. Mobile platforms (including the range of platforms: scissor platforms, telescopic platforms and self-propelled platforms) otherwise called- elevators, basket lifts- validity of permits 5 years. Stationary mobile platforms (platform placed on the car - used for mounting advertisements, billboards, etc.) validity 10 years
Crane Operator
In accordance with our permits, we organize and implement the following courses necessary to obtain certain permissions:
• II W – hoists and winches controlled from the working level and stationary workshop cranes
• I W – hoists and winches controlled from the working level or from the cab and stationary workshop cranes
• II S – cranes, hoists and winches controlled from the working level and stationary workshop cranes
• I S – cranes, hoists and winches controlled from the working level or from the cab and stationary workshop cranes
1. General purpose winches and hoists – 10 years
2. General and special purpose hoists and winches – 5 years
3. General purpose cranes, hoists and winches – 10 years
4. Cranes, hoists and winches for general and special purposes – 5 years
In theoretical classes, participants of the course gain substantive preparation for the profession of crane operator. Additional support for students is provided by us with paper or electronic scripts. The practical part of the training includes classes conducted by qualified instructors and trainers. We use equipment that complies with the requirements of technical supervision, on which the UDT exam is later passed.

WELDING TIG, MAG+ACYTYLENE
Welding is an extremely important skill when working with metalworking. Several methods can be distinguished to achieve the desired effect . Welding is aimed at permanently joining different types of materials by heating them and then melting them at the site of the future connection. Thermal energy is key here. It can be obtained, among other things, from electricity or gas. Laser welding, hybrid welding and other, relatively less commonly used, methods are also available. The welder should remember about special precision, care and safety - it is necessary to purchase welding masks. Specialized equipment is used for welding, the operation of which requires appropriate experience.
Gas shielded welding (MIG/ MAG)
The MIG method is a process of arc welding with a melting electrode in the form of a solid wire shielded by inert gases - unlike the MAG method, they are not involved in the welding process. During the welding process, the wire is continuously transported from the feeder through the welding fixture, as is the protective gas - e.g. argon, helium or combinations thereof. This method is used for welding non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, aluminium, magnesium or copper.
The specificity of MAG welding differs slightly from MIG. The MAG method uses a chemically active gas such as carbon dioxide or gas mixtures consisting of argon, oxygen, carbon dioxide and others. This type of welding is mainly used for steel materials. In addition, both MAG and MIG are extremely advantageous considering the speed of the welding process.
Non-melting Electrode Arc Welding (TIG)
Characteristic here is the non-meltable tungsten electrode. The welding process is carried out in an environment of chemically inert protective gas, similar to MIG welding. This means that the shielding gas protects the weld and electrode from oxidation, but has no effect on the metallurgical process. A big plus of the TIG method is its versatility - almost all metals and alloys can be welded, as well as the high quality and purity of the weld. No slag is produced in the process, which eliminates the risk of contamination of the weld with its inclusions.

Operator of Self-propelled and Forestry Crane
We invite you to a course preparing for the UDT exam for a self-propelled crane operator. We provide the full organization of the state exam - from the submission of the application, through the payment of fees, to the provision of the place and equipment where the exam will take place. We organize self-propelled crane training at our training hall in Łódź or on the premises of the client’s company throughout Poland.
Self-propelled cranes, commonly referred to as cranes, are subject to technical supervision and appropriate authorisations are required to operate them.
The training programme includes:
1. Technical Inspection News (UDT),
2. General information about cranes,
3. A discussion of the construction and operation of crane components and assemblies,
4. News about the hazards associated with the work of the crane operator.

5. Knowledge of operation manual: operator operations before starting work, during work and after work, control mechanisms of general-purpose and special equipment, check the operation of safety devices and brakes, etc.

Authorizations - Operation of construction machines
1. Excavator loader is only one class III
2. Class III single-vessel excavator with unladen weight less than 25 tons

5. Class I single-vessel loader with unladen weight over 20 tons.
Qualifications of the operator, who has obtained a license in this specialty, entitle him to operate a bulldozer in class. III
6. Class III bulldozers with motor power up to 110 kW
7. Class I bulldozer with motor power over 110 kW
8. Grader is only one class I
9. Mineral-asphalt mixture decomposition machine is only one class II
10. Road surface repairers is only class III

The curriculum of excavator-loader, loader and excavator and other heavy equipment is divided into two modules – theoretical and practical classes
In the first part of the course, the candidate gets acquainted with all the basic technical and legal aspects of his future profession. The correct operational use of the excavator and loader is discussed, which is extremely important in the context of personal responsibility for the machine. The next stages of the course concern technical documentation and health and safety. Knowledge of regulations and the ability to read key parameters for a given device allows safe and trouble-free operation in all conditions. The last point of this thematic block is a detailed discussion of the whole technology used.
The second module starts with an introductory practice, allowing the candidate to become familiar with the environment and the control system of the excavator and loader. The culmination of the course is a large number of practical classes under the watchful eye of our specialists. We understand the importance of good practice. Bad habits developed during schooling can have a negative impact on your future career.
Professional Qualifications UDT F
Do you want to install air conditioning in buildings? In this case, be sure to obtain a certificate for air conditioning, refrigeration and heat pumps, i.e. certificates for f gases. The document confirms your preparation for the profession. It is mandatory in the countries of the European Union, which jointly want to protect the environment. The document is proof that you know how to handle, among other things, equipment that contains gases harmful to the atmosphere. Remember that before you get a staff certificate, you must first take an exam to confirm your skills. Check below how you can do this.
If you have contact with these gases as an installer (e.g. during leak testing, recovery, installation, maintenance, servicing, repair or disposal), be sure to obtain a personnel certificate for gas privileges. This document will confirm that you meet the requirements for work in the profession for a specific group of devices.
You must obtain a personnel certificate if:
• you are an employee of the company on whose behalf you are engaged in the installation, maintenance or servicing, repair and disposal of equipment containing SEW or F-gases;
• you are a sole trader and you will be physically carrying out activities on equipment containing SEW or F-gases;
• You work on your devices and only for your own needs;
• You deal with the leak checking, recovery, installation, repair (including maintenance or servicing) and disposal of refrigerated truck and trailer chillers that contain fluorinated greenhouse gases.
If you run a business, then get both a certificate for staff and a certificate for an entrepreneur. This allows you to perform services for third parties (not only for your business).
• HANDLING AND FILLING OF PORTABLE PRESSURE TANKS WITH A CAPACITY OF MORE THAN 350 CM3
Training in obtaining UDT licenses for handling and filling portable pressure vessels with a capacity of 350 cm³ with liquids or gases: propane – butane, e.g. gas filling plants, air, oxygen, CO2, nitrogen, breathing gases for divers, fire brigades, police, etc. with a capacity of more than 350 cm3. The aim of the course is theoretical and practical preparation for self-filling and operation of equipment and pressure vessels (cylinders, bundles, tanks). The course prepares you for an exam before the Supervisory Authority.
Pressure tanks above 350 cm3
The training “Filling of portable pressure vessels with a capacity of more than 350CM3” is recommended for:
- people working in the refrigeration and air-conditioning industry,
- persons preparing for fire brigade exams,
- professional firefighters,
- staff of hospitals, spas,
- workers employed in the food industry sector, industry
- entertainment, paintball (gas filling of pneumatic rifles) and scuba divers.
The training includes theoretical and practical issues related to refrigeration installations and equipment, taught by experienced lecturers of technical universities and practitioners with many years of experience in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning.
In the first training block the basics of refrigeration are discussed – including: types and principles of operation of compressor, absorption and thermoelectric systems, left-hand flow thermodynamic circuits and characteristic operating quantities of systems.
Next, students will learn about the properties and applications of refrigerants and the construction and principle of operation of compressors, evaporators, condensers and refrigeration automation.
In the practical part of the training, participants will get acquainted with and carry out basic activities within the scope of service and assembly work, such as operation of recovery stations, recovery and filling with installation media, etc.
The course of filling portable pressure vessels – cylinders lasts 2 days and ends with an exam before UDT and the issuance of an appropriate qualification certificate valid indefinitely. UDT qualification certificate entitles you to operate and fill portable pressure vessels in the country.
It is possible to obtain EU-wide allowances valid for 5 years for an additional fee.
Classes and passing the exam give privileges to persons filling-operating portable pressure tanks with a capacity of more than 350 cm3 including gases:
- Liquefied – fluorinated, carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, ammonia and LPG
- Compressed – oxygen, air, nitrogen, argon, etc.
CNG refuelling
The CNG refuelling course lasts 2 days and ends with a state exam before the TDT qualification committee. Issued permits for refuelling motor vehicles with LPG – CNG in the form of a qualification certificate are valid for 10 years and entitle to operate LPG or CNG filling stations – auto gas stations for refuelling vehicle tanks with liquefied LPG or compressed CNG.
During the course the following thematic issues are discussed:
– general information about the physical and chemical properties of gases,
– gases used for the propulsion of vehicles,
– power supply systems for motor vehicles and equipment for LPG, CNG tanks,
– construction of LPG, CNG tanks
– marking of LPG, CNG tanks
– additional conditions imposed on gas-powered vehicles,
– filling tanks with liquefied LPG and compressed CNG
– working and control activities,
– basic information about technical supervision,
– safety and fire regulations.

Installation, service and inspection of air conditioning
Periodic servicing of the air conditioner should be carried out twice a year (preferably in spring and autumn). This ensures the correct and trouble-free operation of the system and provides fresh and pollution-free air in the air-conditioned room. Below we describe what a professional service of cooling equipment looks like and inform you what activities are in the hands of authorized service technicians.
Air conditioning service is performed by an authorized employee and includes:
• Checking the functions of the device;
• Check the leakproofness of the refrigeration system and possibly replenish the agent;
• Overview of the electrical components of the system;
• review of the condensate drainage system;
• Thorough cleaning of the indoor and outdoor unit;

INSTALLATION, SERVICE AND INSPECTION OF POM AND TECHNICAL INSTALLATIONS
Did you know that if you have an environmental protection device you are required to carry out regular inspections to check its current condition? This is required by the Construction Law Act, which indicates the necessity of periodic inspections of the technical condition of water and sewage equipment. The purpose of such provisions is to prevent potential failures and ensure the continuity of operation of all water protection facilities and equipment.
As part of the service and maintenance of water protection equipment, we offer service of operational and construction inspections. Since the users of retention tanks or the owners of pumping stations, separators and treatment plants have an obligation to ensure that the equipment is in good condition, it is necessary to carry out periodic assessments of its functioning. 3D Laser Scanning
Laser scanning allows you to easily and quickly collect a huge amount of data allowing you to perform most design work without leaving the office. The resulting point cloud can be converted into orthophotopic plans, CAD or BIM model allowing us to include complete information about the object being developed. Textured mesh models can be used to create virtual reality locations or be part of a virtual walk environment that can be used on a website.
Having parametric models we can make 2D/3D documentation, installation models, collision testing or measuring the surface and volume of objects.

.• Accuracy - Measurement precision with appropriate equipment can reach up to 1 millimeter at a distance of up to 20 meters.
• Speed – modern 3D scanners allow fast data recording so that we can scan a car or one room in a few minutes, and the whole building in a few hours.
• Versatility - Output formats allow you to use them in most professional CAD programs. Free software is also available to work on files at no extra cost.
• Mobility - 3D scanners equipped with a battery give you the ability to take measurements wherever you need them.
• Security - The spatial scanning process is safe for both the object being scanned and the operator. Measurements are made by non-contact method and the used light source (e.g. laser) is harmless to humans.
• Saving time - easy mapping of irregular shapes, low measurement uncertainty, ability to make additional measurements and check them again without leaving the computer greatly reduces the project execution time.
